
Complete Stories is a collection of 98 short stories sourced from all of the previous Vonnegut collections. It contains all the stories of Bagombo Snuff Box, Look at the Birdie, and While Mortals Sleep. It also has 23 of the 25 works of Welcome to the Monkey House (excluding two non-fiction pieces), the 10 short stories in Armageddon in Retrospect, the 6 complete short stories from Sucker's Portfolio, “The Big Space Fuck” from Palm Sunday, and five previously unreleased short stories. It was published by Seven Stories Press in 2017 and edited by Jerome Klinkowitz and Dan Wakefield, who organized the material into eight thematic sections and wrote introductory essays for each. It also features an introduction by author Dave Eggers.
