Biography[]
Mona is the daughter of Nestor Aamons (a Finn) and an unnamed islander. Mona and Phillip Castle were educated by Bokonon. She was adopted by "Papa" Monzano and was then engaged to Frank Hoenikker. John, the narrator, is infatuated by her.
